In order to access your cPanel first try logging in your GOOLHOST Client area -> My Services and click the button under your hosting account. A new page will come with the button of cPanel Login.
Alternatively, you can access your cPanel directly through:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
or
https://www.yourdomain.com:2083 (for secure connection)
or
http://www.yourdomain.com:2082 (for normal connection)
